Amazon bât tous les records de satisfaction client… Personnellement, je trouve ça normal. Ils apportent un service bien meilleur que leurs concurrents, que ce soit en-ligne ou dans les magasins.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index is, by far, the most authoritative and widely followed survey of customer satisfaction. Last year, Amazon.com received an ACSI score of 84, the highest ever recorded – not just online, not just in retailing – but the highest score ever recorded in any service industry. This year, Amazon.com scored an 88 – again the highest score ever recorded in any service industry.
